If you have booked an appointment for a telephone consult with your doctor, you will be sent a text message, you need to secure your appointment within 90 minutes by storing your payment method or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
 

Please provide reception with no less than 1 hour’s notice if an appointment is no longer needed with your doctor and 24 hours’ notice if an appointment is no longer needed with your allied health provider.

If you fail to attend or cancel a booked appointment with your doctor, your doctor may charge you a $40.00 non-attendance fee. Non-attendance fees are not claimable to Medicare or OSHC. 

Your doctor may choose not to offer you future appointments until any non-attendance fee is paid.
