Details about the fees charged by your doctor
The doctors we support set their own fees.
Your doctor will generally bulk billing eligible concession card holders and children 16 years and under.
Your doctor will require you to pay your full fee at the time of the consultation. Reception will be happy to submit your account to Medicare at the time of payment.

If you or family members require an interpreter service, reception can organise this for you. Please let reception know when you make an appointment with your doctor.
The Australian Medical Association promotes a body of ethical principles to guide doctors' conduct in their interactions with patients, colleagues and society.
Doctors have a responsibility to improve and maintain the health of their patients who are either in a vulnerable state of illness or to maintain their health. Doctors are prohibited from behaving in their own self-interest.
The doctors supported by Ingle Farm Medical Centre abide by this code of ethics.
Ingle Farm Medical Centre supports doctors who are committed to preventative care.
We provide the doctors we support with access to a patient reminder system, to send reminders to patients on behalf their doctor for scheduled preventative care, such as immunisations and health checks.
If you do not wish to participate in this service, please advise your doctor or reception.
Your doctor is unable to issue you with prescriptions, referrals or medical certificates without a prior appointment.
Consultations with your doctor are by appointment only, however, if there is a medical emergency, the doctors will seek to attend to the patient immediately.
If you require a longer appointment with your doctor, please notify reception.
If you or a family member are experiencing any chest pain or discomfort, please present to the nearest Emergency Department or call 000 for an ambulance. Other urgent queries can phone reception.
Reception staff will be happy to take a message or book you a telephone consult with your doctor. Alternatively, you can book an appointment with your doctor online.
For medico–legal reasons, results cannot be given out over the phone by reception or nursing staff.
Please make a follow-up appointment to receive your test results from your doctor, unless otherwise arranged with your doctor.
The doctors we support set their own fees for consultations.
Appointments with your doctor can be made either by calling us or booking online.
Please provide reception with no less than 1 hour’s notice if an appointment is no longer needed with your doctor and 24 hours’ notice if an appointment is no longer needed with your allied health provider.
If you fail to attend or cancel a booked appointment with your doctor, your doctor may charge you a $40.00 non attendance fee. Non attendance fees are not claimable to Medicare or OSHC.
Your doctor may choose not to offer you future appointments until any non-attendance fee is paid.
